Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain our software development and deployment processes
Automate manual processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and updates into our systems
Work closely with operations and security teams to ensure the security and stability of our systems
Develop and maintain scripts and tools for continuous integration and continuous deployment
Identify and implement new tools and technologies to improve our Devops processes
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our Devops processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Devops role
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK stack or Prometheus
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
