Position: Senior Design Specialist

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Design Specialist to join our growing team. The Senior Design Specialist will play a critical role in driving the creative vision and design strategy for our company. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts, as well as managing and mentoring a team of designers. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise and a proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts that align with business goals
• Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and brand alignment across all platforms
• Stay updated on current design trends and technologies, and implement innovative ideas to enhance our brand and products
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are executed within budget
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement
• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all design work reflects the company's values and messaging
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of design projects
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding new design team members as needed
• Continuously evaluate and improve design processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Act as a design thought leader, keeping the team motivated and inspired to produce exceptional work

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects and styles
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML and CSS
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions on time and within budget
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members
• Passion for staying updated on design trends and technologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
• Experience in UX/UI design is a plus
