• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to develop and launch new hardware products.
• Oversee the entire hardware development process, from concept to production, and ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to source materials and components, negotiate pricing, and manage relationships.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware products to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development process and implement effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in hardware development, and incorporate new technologies and techniques into product design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing the development and launch of hardware products.
• Extensive knowledge of hardware development processes, including design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with external partners and vendors, negotiating contracts and pricing.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations for hardware products.
