If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Education Program Coordinator.We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to coordinate our education programs and initiatives. As an Education Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and effectiveness of our education programs. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including educators, students, parents, and community partners, to plan, implement, and evaluate our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community partners, and other stakeholders to promote and facilitate our education programs
• Collaborate with educators to design and implement curriculum and lesson plans that align with program goals and objectives
• Plan and coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
• Monitor program progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure program goals are being met
• Conduct evaluations and collect data to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and deliver training to program participants, including educators, students, and volunteers
• Assist with the recruitment and training of volunteers to support program delivery
• Create and maintain program materials, including handouts, presentations, and reports
• Stay up-to-date with current education trends and best practices to continuously improve program offerings
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in the education sector
• Strong understanding of education principles and practices
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and project management skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Experience in data collection and analysis
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Passion for creating positive change in the education sector
