Position: Curriculum Development Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our curriculum across various programs. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our curriculum is aligned with industry standards and meets the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop curriculum materials for all levels and subjects, in collaboration with subject matter experts and instructional designers
• Conduct thorough research to ensure curriculum is up-to-date and aligned with industry standards
• Analyze student learning outcomes and make necessary adjustments to curriculum to enhance student success
• Develop and maintain a curriculum development plan, ensuring timely completion of curriculum updates and new curriculum development projects
• Collaborate with instructors to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to curriculum
• Utilize instructional design principles and technology tools to enhance curriculum delivery and student engagement
• Assess and evaluate curriculum effectiveness through data analysis and student feedback, and make recommendations for improvements
• Conduct trainings for instructors on curriculum updates and new curriculum implementation
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in curriculum development and instructional design

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and curriculum development methodologies
• Experience with project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in technology tools for curriculum development and delivery
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for education and continuous learning
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
