Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement educational programs in line with the company's mission and vision
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program objectives align with overall company goals
Identify and establish partnerships with external organizations to enhance program offerings and reach a larger audience
Conduct research and analysis to identify education trends and incorporate them into program design
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary improvements to ensure high-quality education delivery
Oversee program budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as schools, community organizations, and government agencies
Plan and coordinate program events, workshops, and seminars
Recruit, train, and manage a team of educators and volunteers
Create and maintain program materials, including lesson plans, curriculum, and educational resources
Communicate program updates, progress, and success stories to internal and external stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in education policies and regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program development and coordination, preferably in the education sector
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think creatively and strategically to enhance program offerings and reach a larger audience
Knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, and educational methodologies
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management software
Passion for education and making a positive impact in the community
