About the Role: Mail Masters is seeking a reliable and organized Mail Carrier to join our team. As a Mail Carrier, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of mail and packages to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses within a designated route. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and complaints, and maintaining accurate delivery records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and organize mail and packages for delivery
• Load and unload mail and packages onto delivery vehicle
• Plan and organize delivery route for efficient and timely delivery
• Deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses
• Collect outgoing mail from homes and businesses
• Obtain signatures for registered and certified mail
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate delivery records and submit required reports
• Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws while driving
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods
• Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines

Working Conditions: As a Mail Carrier, you will be required to drive a delivery vehicle for long periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions. You may also be required to work on weekends and holidays, depending on the delivery schedule.
