Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop automation processes for industrial systems, including but not limited to manufacturing, assembly, and packaging.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation needs and develop effective solutions.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest automation technologies and trends in the industry.
Analyze existing processes and systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement automation solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
Develop, test, and install automation software and hardware, including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and robotic systems.
Troubleshoot and debug automation systems to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
Train and support technicians and other team members in the operation and maintenance of automation systems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all automation processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial automation, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of automation technologies, including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and robotic systems.
Experience with programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram.
Proficient in CAD software for designing and documenting automation systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in industrial automation.
