Job Description: As a Commercial Real Estate Investment Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating potential investment opportunities and providing key insights to support our firm's decision-making process. You will work closely with our investment team and be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, market research, and due diligence on potential acquisitions. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to identify and mitigate risks will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and create detailed financial models to support investment decisions
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and market trends
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, including reviewing property documents, financial statements, and conducting site visits
• Monitor and track the performance of current investments, providing regular updates and reports to the investment team
• Collaborate with the investment team to identify and assess potential risks and opportunities for existing and potential investments
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and economic factors that may impact investment decisions
• Support the investment team in the negotiation and execution of investment transactions
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including brokers, lenders, and other industry professionals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate investment analysis or related field
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of real estate valuation methods and principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of market research and analysis tools and techniques
• Understanding of real estate legal and transactional documents
• Familiarity with real estate investment software (e.g. Argus) is a plus
