Position Overview: As an Airport Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of airport transportation services for our clients. You will work closely with our clients, transportation providers, and internal teams to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for our clients for all airport transportation needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with transportation providers to ensure the availability and reliability of services.
• Plan and schedule transportation routes, taking into consideration factors such as distance, time, and cost.
• Monitor and track transportation activities to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with client requirements.
• Communicate any delays or issues to clients and provide timely resolution.
• Analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for airport transportation services.
• Ensure all transportation activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including invoices, receipts, and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues related to transportation, such as scheduling conflicts or equipment malfunctions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our transportation services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation coordination or management.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in using transportation management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
