Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and install avionics systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of avionics systems to ensure proper functionality
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and resolve technical issues
Perform regular maintenance and repairs on avionics systems to ensure optimal performance
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
Stay up-to-date with advancements in avionics technology and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements
Conduct training and provide technical support to pilots and other personnel on the proper use and maintenance of avionics systems
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide progress updates and address any concerns or issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Avionics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in avionics systems development and maintenance
In-depth knowledge of electronic systems, including communication, navigation, and flight control systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as FAA regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when necessary
