Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and safety regulations are being followed.

• Manage project budgets and costs, including negotiating with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best possible prices.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project-related documentation.
• Ensure project completion within the designated timeline and budget.
• Provide guidance and support to project team members, including engineers, architects, and contractors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Excellent budget management and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid construction project management certification is a plus.
