Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our company's supply chain operations. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, logistics, and sales, to ensure timely delivery of products
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality materials at the most competitive prices
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize excess inventory
• Track and analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain operations
• Identify and resolve any supply chain disruptions or issues to minimize impact on production and delivery schedules
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners
• Continuously research and evaluate new suppliers, materials, and technologies to improve supply chain performance and reduce costs
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall business operations and profitability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making
• Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Willingness to travel as needed
