Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance
Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends and prices
Network and build relationships with potential clients and industry professionals
Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to negotiate and close deals
Prepare and present comparative market analysis reports to clients
Advise clients on pricing strategies and provide recommendations for home improvements to increase property value
Host open houses and property showings for potential buyers
Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market changes to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients
Collaborate with other agents and brokers to create real estate marketing strategies and advertise properties
Maintain accurate records of clients, properties, and transactions in our CRM system
Continuously build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking and referrals

Qualifications:

Valid real estate license in the state of CA
Proven track record of successful real estate transactions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of local real estate market and current trends
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
Proficient in using CRM systems and other real estate software
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
