Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of all products in the warehouse.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy and timely replenishment.
Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the warehouse.
Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by warehouse staff.
Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to coordinate inventory needs.
Monitor and track warehouse expenses, including labor and supplies, to maintain budgetary guidelines.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure accuracy and completeness of orders.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders, inventory, or deliveries.
Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and identify any potential issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities.
Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations to management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Forklift certification preferred.
