Position: Online Learning Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Online Learning Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Online Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of online learning programs and courses. Your role will involve working closely with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality online courses that meet the needs of our learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's online learning strategy, goals, and objectives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and design online courses that align with those objectives
• Manage the development and production of online courses, including creating project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring quality control
• Design and implement effective learning assessments to measure the effectiveness of online courses
• Continuously evaluate and improve the online learning experience for learners, incorporating feedback and best practices
• Monitor and report on the performance of online courses, including enrollment, completion rates, and learner satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities for enhancing the online learning experience
• Provide technical support to learners and instructors, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth learning experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and instructional designers, to ensure the successful delivery of online courses
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on the progress of online courses and address any concerns or issues
• Manage the budget for online learning initiatives, including course development, technology, and resources

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in online course development or instructional design
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
• Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and online learning best practices
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality online learning experiences
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
