Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and efficiently
Actively seek out new opportunities to promote our brand and products through networking and building relationships with potential partners and influencers
Create and maintain a positive and professional image for our brand by adhering to our brand guidelines and values
Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and sales
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
Attend regular training sessions to familiarize yourself with our products and stay updated on any new releases or developments
Travel to different locations as needed to represent our brand and products

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry industry
