Position: Flight Attendant

Job Description: We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Flight Attendant. As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers throughout their flight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome passengers as they board the aircraft
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and provide safety demonstrations to passengers
• Assist passengers with stowing their carry-on luggage and finding their seats
• Ensure that all passengers are securely seated and follow safety protocols during takeoff, landing, and turbulence
• Monitor the cabin for any potential safety hazards and respond quickly and calmly in case of emergencies
• Serve food, beverages, and snacks to passengers according to their preferences and dietary restrictions
• Provide exceptional customer service by attending to passenger needs and requests throughout the flight
• Perform routine cabin checks to maintain cleanliness and organization
• Handle in-flight sales and transactions, including processing payments and providing accurate change
• Assist passengers with any special needs or concerns, such as medical assistance or lost luggage
• Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and efficient flight operation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid passport and any necessary visas
• Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
