Job Title: Production Line Supervisor

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Line Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Production Line Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. In this role, you will also be responsible for managing a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the smooth operation of the production line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the production line and ensure that production targets are met.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained.
• Implement and maintain production schedules, making adjustments as needed to meet changing demands.
• Manage and supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies and procedures at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure availability of materials for production.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics to ensure a smooth production process.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote continuous improvement.
• Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing for production needs.
• Maintain production records and prepare reports on production and quality metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
