Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage educational programs according to the organization's mission and goals.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of educational programs.
Create program budgets and monitor expenses to ensure programs are cost-effective.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest educational trends and best practices.
Recruit, train, and supervise program instructors and volunteers.
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to expand the reach of our educational programs.
Plan and schedule program events, workshops, and activities.
Develop and distribute educational materials and resources for program participants.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
Maintain accurate records of program data, including attendance, participant feedback, and program outcomes.
Prepare reports and presentations on program activities and outcomes for stakeholders and funders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
Knowledge of educational theories, practices, and trends.
Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to equity and inclusion.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
