Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Instructional Specialist to join our team. As an Instructional Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and enhancing our organization's training programs. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, design and implement effective training strategies, and evaluate the success of our training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, a passion for learning and development, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop training plans that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and other resources
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective and impactful training programs
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to employees at all levels of the organization
• Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and data analysis
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and training delivery methods
• Manage the learning management system, ensuring all training materials are up-to-date and easily accessible for employees
• Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors and manage the procurement of training programs when necessary
• Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on training-related matters
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials
• Create and maintain training documentation, including training manuals, job aids, and user guides

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and training delivery
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing training programs
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training software
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Passion for learning and development and a strong desire to make a positive impact on employees' growth and development
