Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Concrete and Glass Designer to join our team. As a Concrete and Glass Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative and visually appealing concrete and glass structures. Your designs will play a critical role in shaping the appearance and functionality of various buildings, from residential homes to commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and design objectives
• Conduct research and gather information to determine the feasibility of a design concept
• Develop detailed drawings and specifications for concrete and glass structures, using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Select appropriate materials and finishes for each project, considering factors such as durability, aesthetics, and cost
• Create 3D models and renderings to present design concepts to clients
• Prepare cost estimates and project timelines
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure design specifications are met
• Communicate with contractors and construction teams to ensure proper implementation of designs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in concrete and glass design
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Revit
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to concrete and glass design
• Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
• Excellent visual and spatial awareness, with an eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
