Job Overview: As a Logistics Courier, you will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of goods to our clients. You will work closely with our dispatch team to plan and execute efficient delivery routes, ensuring that all deliveries are made within the specified time frame. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, as you will be the primary point of contact for our clients during the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver goods to various locations within the designated delivery area
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Load and unload goods from the delivery vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients during the delivery process
• Communicate any delays or issues with the delivery to the dispatch team and clients
• Maintain the delivery vehicle in a clean and organized manner
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating the delivery vehicle
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the appropriate department
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and expenses for reporting purposes

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation systems
