Job Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products to our customers. The Supply Chain Manager will work closely with various departments within the company to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms for materials and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Oversee inventory management and forecasting to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
• Monitor and track supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and streamline operations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to supply chain management
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify potential risks or opportunities
• Develop and manage the supply chain budget, including forecasting and cost analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven experience in supplier relationship management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to supply chain management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player with excellent leadership skills
