Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our quality control team. The main responsibility of this role is to conduct inspections and tests on our products to ensure they meet the established quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control procedures and possess excellent analytical skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine quality control tests and inspections on products to ensure they meet the required specifications
• Identify any defects or deviations from the quality standards and report them to the Quality Control Supervisor
• Utilize various testing and measuring equipment, such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers, to conduct inspections
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control tests and inspections
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
• Conduct root cause analysis for any quality issues and assist in implementing corrective actions
• Participate in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and processes
• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Assist in the training of new quality control technicians and provide guidance when needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
• Proven experience working in quality control, preferably in Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing sector
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and techniques
• Proficient in using various testing and measuring equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
