Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement merchandising plans and strategies for our retail stores in collaboration with the merchandising team and store managers.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure that merchandising standards are being met and make necessary adjustments to optimize product placement and visual displays.
Collaborate with the buying team to ensure that merchandise assortments are aligned with market trends and customer preferences.
Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the inventory control team to ensure that products are restocked in a timely manner.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions about product placement, pricing, and promotions.
Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and provide guidance on maintaining visual standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and suggest improvements to our merchandising strategies.
Participate in the planning and execution of seasonal and special events, including window displays and in-store promotions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the Merchandising sector.
Strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with merchandising software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for retail.
