Job Title: Staffing Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Staffing Consultant. As a Staffing Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting top talent with our client companies to fill various positions across a variety of industries. You will play a crucial role in the recruitment and placement process, acting as a liaison between clients and candidates to find the perfect match for both parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with client companies to understand their hiring needs and effectively fulfill their recruitment requirements
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to determine their skills, experience, and qualifications for open positions
• Utilize various recruitment strategies, including job postings, social media, networking events, and job fairs, to attract top talent
• Conduct thorough reference and background checks on potential candidates to ensure their eligibility and suitability for the position
• Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews, providing necessary feedback and following up on the hiring process
• Negotiate job offers and assist in the onboarding process for selected candidates
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates on hiring and career decisions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information in our database

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency or HR consulting firm
• Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various industries and levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and strategies, with a focus on utilizing technology and social media
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
