Job Title: Instructional Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective teaching and learning strategies for our organization. You will be responsible for designing and delivering instructional programs, providing support to teachers and students, and ensuring educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and other instructional specialists to develop and implement instructional strategies and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives
• Conduct research on best practices in teaching and learning, and stay updated on the latest trends and developments in education
• Analyze student data to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted interventions to support student learning
• Provide professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their instructional skills and knowledge
• Observe and provide feedback to teachers on their instructional practices to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
• Develop and implement assessments to measure student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs
• Work closely with teachers to support the implementation of technology in the classroom and integrate digital resources into instructional activities
• Collaborate with parents and other stakeholders to ensure open communication and engagement in the educational process
• Serve as a resource for teachers and students to address any instructional issues or concerns that may arise
• Stay updated on state and national education standards and ensure that instructional programs align with these standards
• Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve instructional practices and stay updated on the latest educational trends and research

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in education, with a focus on instructional design and delivery
• Knowledge of and experience with various instructional strategies and methods, including differentiated instruction and project-based learning
• Experience in analyzing student data and developing targeted interventions to support student learning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes
• Knowledge of state and national education standards and assessment practices
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
