Position Overview: As a Talent Booker, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and securing top talent for various events and projects. Your role will play a crucial part in the success of our company as you will be the key liaison between our clients and the talent we book. You will handle a wide range of responsibilities, including negotiating contracts, managing schedules, and coordinating logistics for talent appearances. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and talent will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential talent for various events and projects based on clients' needs and preferences.
• Reach out to talent agents, managers, and other industry contacts to negotiate contracts and secure talent for bookings.
• Manage talent schedules and ensure all necessary details and logistics are communicated and organized.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure all aspects of talent appearances are executed seamlessly.
• Attend industry events and network to build relationships with new talent and maintain relationships with existing talent.
• Stay updated on industry trends and maintain knowledge of current and upcoming talent.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide suggestions for talent that align with their objectives.
• Handle any last-minute changes or emergencies that may arise during talent appearances.

Requirements:

• 5 of experience in talent booking or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Bachelor Degree or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of the entertainment industry and familiarity with various talent and their agents.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Passion for the entertainment industry and a strong network of industry contacts.
