Position: Instructional Designer

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative and effective learning solutions that meet the needs of our organization. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and other team members to create engaging and impactful learning experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify learning objectives and performance gaps.
• Design and develop engaging and interactive learning solutions, including instructor-led training, e-learning courses, job aids, and other learning materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and relevant content is included in the learning solutions.
• Use instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective learning experiences.
• Utilize instructional design software and tools to develop and enhance learning materials.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all learning solutions to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Continuously evaluate and improve learning solutions based on feedback and data.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in instructional design, education, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Proficiency in instructional design software such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative learning solutions.
• Experience with learning management systems and other e-learning technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus.
