Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times.
Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for inventory optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, sales, and operations, to forecast inventory needs and develop inventory plans.
Coordinate and manage the movement of inventory to and from warehouses and retail locations.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy in the warehouse management system.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Identify and resolve inventory-related issues, including overstock, shrinkage, and obsolete inventory.
Communicate inventory levels and needs to relevant stakeholders, including warehouse staff, sales team, and management.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
