Overview: Universal Perspective Institute is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of educational curricula for our organization. You will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning materials that align with our company's objectives and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and content for various courses and programs
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure the accuracy and relevance of course materials
• Develop and design engaging and interactive learning activities, assessments, and resources
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and methods to enhance the learning experience
• Ensure all course materials are aligned with industry standards and best practices
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in education and instructional design to continuously improve our curriculum offerings
• Manage the development and implementation of new courses and programs from conception to launch
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and sales, to ensure the successful promotion and delivery of our curriculum
• Evaluate the effectiveness of our curriculum through the collection and analysis of data and make necessary improvements and updates
• Provide support and training to instructors to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the curriculum and are able to effectively deliver the content
• Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor our curriculum accordingly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficient in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for education and learning
