Job Description: Artistry Celeb is seeking a highly creative and passionate Art Gallery Exhibitionist to join our team. As an Art Gallery Exhibitionist, you will play a crucial role in showcasing and promoting the works of our talented artists. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a strong passion for art and a desire to curate unique and engaging exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate and organize exhibitions that showcase the works of our artists, ensuring that each display is visually appealing and thought-provoking
• Collaborate with artists, curators, and other gallery staff to develop exhibition concepts and themes
• Coordinate with gallery managers to ensure that all exhibitions are set up and displayed according to company standards
• Create exhibition materials such as labels, brochures, and catalogs
• Conduct research on artists and their works to provide insightful information to visitors
• Engage with visitors and provide a welcoming and informative experience during gallery tours
• Plan and execute special events, such as artist talks and opening receptions, to promote exhibitions and engage with the community
• Oversee the installation and de-installation of exhibitions, ensuring that all artworks are handled with care and displayed appropriately
• Manage gallery inventory and assist with sales transactions
• Stay updated on current trends and developments in the art world to bring fresh and innovative ideas to exhibitions
• Maintain a clean and organized gallery space at all times
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the gallery space

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Art History, Fine Arts, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in curating exhibitions in a gallery or museum setting
• Strong knowledge and passion for contemporary art and artists
• Excellent visual and spatial awareness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events and exhibition openings
