As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating instructional materials to support our educational programs and initiatives. Your expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and educational technology will be crucial in creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop curriculum content for various educational programs, including lesson plans, assessments, and learning activities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure alignment of curriculum with learning objectives and standards.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and emerging trends in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Utilize instructional design models and methodologies to create innovative and interactive learning experiences.
• Incorporate educational technology and multimedia tools to enhance the delivery of curriculum content.
• Develop and maintain a repository of instructional materials, resources, and templates to support curriculum development.
• Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from students and instructors to continuously improve the curriculum.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum and make necessary revisions based on data and feedback.
• Provide training and support to instructors on the effective use of curriculum and instructional materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of curriculum with other educational programs and initiatives.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and changes in educational policies and regulations to inform curriculum development and design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational technology.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models and methodologies.
• Experience with learning management systems and educational technology tools.
• Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
