Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Medical Devices Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of our medical device products. You will lead cross-functional teams, work closely with key stakeholders, and drive the product development process from conception to launch. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong background in product management and a deep understanding of the medical devices industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competition
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and regulatory to ensure successful product development and launch
• Define product requirements and create product roadmaps to guide the development process
• Manage product lifecycles and make recommendations for product enhancements or discontinuations
• Conduct financial analysis to determine product profitability and make pricing recommendations
• Act as a product expert and provide training and support to sales and marketing teams
• Collaborate with the regulatory team to ensure products are in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
• Monitor and analyze market and sales data to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth
• Attend industry conferences and trade shows to stay updated on market trends and network with key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the medical devices industry
• Strong understanding of the medical devices market and regulatory requirements
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing medical device products
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to travel as needed for conferences, trade shows, and other business needs
