About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all production targets and quality standards are met. You will be working closely with the production team to drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the production process from start to finish, ensuring that all production targets and deadlines are met.
• Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency and meet customer demand.
• Supervise and train production staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their duties effectively.
• Monitor and review production processes to identify any areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and supply chain, to ensure a smooth production flow.
• Identify and troubleshoot any production issues or delays and take necessary actions to resolve them.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for production staff and provide feedback for improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve production processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of meeting production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to effectively train, motivate, and develop a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
