Position: Education Program Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Program Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in program coordination. As the Education Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of various educational programs. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our programs are successful and meet the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs for students of all ages and backgrounds
• Collaborate with teachers and subject matter experts to create curriculum and educational materials
• Coordinate and schedule classes, workshops, and events
• Recruit and train program facilitators and volunteers
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure success
• Develop and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders
• Oversee program budget and ensure resources are allocated efficiently
• Collect and analyze data to measure program impact and report findings to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education to enhance program offerings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or a related field
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of curriculum development and evaluation techniques
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and communities
