Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with professional and timely legal advice.
Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies, to ensure they are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the clients' business operations, and advise them on necessary actions to remain compliant.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance, operations, and human resources, to ensure legal compliance in all areas of the business.
Manage and oversee legal projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
Conduct legal trainings and workshops for clients to educate them on legal issues and best practices.
Represent clients in legal proceedings, such as arbitration and mediation, as needed.
Maintain accurate and organized legal records, including contracts, policies, and correspondence.
Provide support and guidance to junior legal team members and interns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a legal role, preferably in a consulting firm or corporate environment.
Strong understanding of laws and regulations, particularly in the areas of business, employment, and intellectual property.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in legal software and databases.
Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality.
Valid license to practice law in the respective jurisdiction.
