Overview: RentEase Leasing is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Rental Consultant to join our team. The Rental Consultant will play a crucial role in our company by assisting clients in finding their ideal rental property, managing tenant relationships, and coordinating the rental process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in finding the perfect rental property by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about available properties, including rental rates, amenities, and neighborhood features.
• Process rental applications, conduct background and credit checks, and verify rental references.
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are signed and completed accurately.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, including property inspections and key exchanges.
• Manage tenant relationships and address any concerns or issues that may arise during the rental period.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local rental market trends, prices, and regulations.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with all safety and health codes.
• Utilize marketing strategies to promote available rental properties and attract potential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate or property management.
• Knowledge of local rental market trends, regulations, and laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Valid real estate license preferred.
