Position Title: Virtual Learning Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Learning Coordinator to join our team. As a Virtual Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our virtual learning programs. This includes developing and implementing training strategies, collaborating with subject matter experts, and ensuring the success of our virtual learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of virtual learning technologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating effective and engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement virtual learning strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver engaging virtual learning programs.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of virtual learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communications.
• Monitor and track the effectiveness of virtual learning programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest virtual learning technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their use in our programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with virtual learning vendors and partners.
• Serve as the point of contact for all virtual learning inquiries and provide timely and effective support to participants.
• Conduct virtual learning needs assessments and make recommendations for new programs or improvements to existing ones.
• Develop and maintain virtual learning program documentation, including training materials, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of virtual learning programs into our overall training strategy.
• Communicate and promote virtual learning programs to employees, stakeholders, and other relevant audiences.
• Manage and maintain the virtual learning budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in virtual learning design, development, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of virtual learning technologies and platforms.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to develop engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Experience conducting needs assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficient in learning management systems and virtual learning tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing a budget and tracking expenses.
