Job Title: Stocker

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stocker. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate stocking of merchandise in our store. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming merchandise deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality of products
• Properly label and tag merchandise according to store standards
• Stock shelves and displays with new merchandise in a timely manner
• Rotate and restock merchandise to ensure freshness and prevent expiration
• Conduct regular inventory counts and communicate discrepancies to management
• Keep storage areas clean and organized for easy access to merchandise
• Assist customers with locating products and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective stocking procedures
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe work environment
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic math skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
