Job Title: Delivery Driver

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and customer service-oriented Delivery Driver to join our growing team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products to our customers in a timely manner. This is a physically demanding position that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work well independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle, following all traffic laws and company policies
• Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring that they are secured properly
• Plan and organize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines
• Interact professionally with customers upon delivery, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery time, date, and any customer feedback
• Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper handling of products and following traffic laws
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding any changes or delays in delivery schedules

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Delivery Driver, preferably in a commercial setting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

• This is a full-time position, with the possibility of overtime and weekend work
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• May be required to work in varying weather conditions
• Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate delivery needs
• Will be required to operate a delivery vehicle for extended periods of time
