Job Description: SkyWings Aero is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our aircraft fleet. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on a variety of aircraft, including but not limited to commercial, private, and military planes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of aircraft to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on aircraft, including engine checks, brake replacements, and electrical system repairs.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues on aircraft.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment to complete maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair tasks performed on each aircraft.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while working on aircraft.
• Collaborate with other technicians and maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in aircraft technology.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in aircraft maintenance is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and functions.
• Experience with various types of aircraft, including commercial, private, and military.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
