Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewable Energy Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Renewable Energy Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote the use of renewable energy sources in various industries. You will work closely with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for the adoption of renewable energy technologies and oversee the successful implementation of these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis on renewable energy technologies, policies, and regulations to identify potential opportunities for implementation
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to promote the adoption of renewable energy sources
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, hydropower, and geothermal energy systems
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the suitability of renewable energy technologies for specific locations
• Provide technical expertise and support for the design, installation, and operation of renewable energy systems
• Monitor the progress and performance of renewable energy projects and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in renewable energy technologies and incorporate them into project plans
• Assist in the development of proposals, budgets, and project plans for renewable energy projects
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients, stakeholders, and government agencies on the benefits and potential of renewable energy sources
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop materials promoting renewable energy initiatives to the public
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards related to renewable energy projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the renewable energy industry
• In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies and their applications
• Strong understanding of policies and regulations related to renewable energy
• Proven track record of successfully implementing renewable energy projects
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management and budgeting
• Willingness to travel to project sites and attend conferences and events as required
