Overview: As the Education Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of educational programs within our organization. You will work closely with our team of educators, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of our educational initiatives. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify educational needs and opportunities.
• Lead the planning and execution of educational events, workshops, and other learning activities.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as schools, universities, and community organizations.
• Create and manage budgets for educational programs and ensure resources are used efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education to continuously improve our programs.
• Act as a liaison between the organization and educational stakeholders, including parents, students, and community members.
• Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events related to education.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of pedagogical principles and best practices in education.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using technology for education, such as learning management systems, online resources, and educational software.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches to educational programming.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
