Instructional Designer

Job Title: Instructional Designer

As an Instructional Designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and designing effective and engaging learning experiences for our employees. You will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our learning programs meet the needs of our organization and align with our overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough needs analysis to determine learning objectives and performance gaps within the organization
• Design and develop high-quality, interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and other resources
• Utilize instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and learning technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of learning solutions
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of instructional design
• Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure effective delivery of learning programs
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the learning experience and drive innovation in our learning solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting
• Strong knowledge of instructional design theories and methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning technologies
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively to design engaging and effective learning solutions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Passion for learning and a continuous improvement mindset
