Job Title: Curriculum Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and innovative Curriculum Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs and materials. You will work closely with our curriculum development team and educators to ensure that our curriculum is of the highest quality and meets the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with curriculum development team to create and revise curriculum materials, including lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
• Conduct research and analysis on current educational trends, standards, and best practices to inform curriculum development.
• Work closely with educators to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to curriculum materials.
• Develop and deliver professional development sessions for educators to support the implementation of curriculum materials.
• Collaborate with content experts to ensure that curriculum materials are accurate and up-to-date.
• Use data and feedback to continuously evaluate and improve curriculum materials.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of curriculum standards and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to enhance curriculum offerings.
• Stay current on developments in education and curriculum design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development or related field.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum design, development, and implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and curriculum development software.
• Experience in delivering professional development sessions preferred.
• Passion for education and a commitment to continuous learning.
