Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data operations needs and requirements
Develop and implement data quality control measures to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Monitor and maintain data systems and databases to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Identify and troubleshoot data issues in a timely manner
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Create and maintain documentation for data operations processes and procedures
Train and support team members on data management best practices and procedures
Perform data analysis and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data operations to suggest and implement process enhancements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data operations or a similar role
Extensive knowledge of database management systems and data manipulation tools
Proficient in SQL and other programming languages
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
Experience with data governance and compliance is preferred
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
