Job Title: Timber Sales Representative

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Timber Sales Representative to join our team. As a Timber Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling timber products to potential clients. You will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for the timber industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote the sale of timber products
• Research and identify potential new clients and sales opportunities
• Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Present and demonstrate timber products to clients, highlighting their features and benefits
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure sales
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to clients
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Attend trade shows and events to showcase timber products and network with potential clients
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the timber industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
• Knowledge of timber products and industry trends is a plus
