Job Title: Infrastructure Architect

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and qualified Infrastructure Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Infrastructure Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the IT infrastructure of our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our technology infrastructure is scalable, secure, and efficient to support our current and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain the organization's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, network, and security systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into infrastructure solutions.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, including diagrams, standards, and procedures.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our infrastructure.
• Lead infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting business requirements.
• Identify and address potential security vulnerabilities in the infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team and other departments as needed.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve performance.
• Continuously review and update infrastructure policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Architect or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure design principles, including network, security, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with virtualization, storage, and server technologies.
• Proficient in infrastructure automation and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Proven experience in leading and managing infrastructure projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
